Safety Policy Statement - A pledge to all WMF employees and their families:
It is our goal that each WMF employee goes home each day in the same healthful condition in which he or she came to work. We pledge the continued use of our resources and creativity to make this plant both safe and efficient. But there is another side of this pledge, and that is for all WMF employees to  use their safety equipment, to keep work areas clean and to follow safe and approved procedures. Though we all feel pressured at times to get things done, there is always time to do the task safely.

Doing the job correctly means doing it safely!
